I am Sorry Ryan and a Freebie!

So I seems as though I have been lacking VERY MUCH in the area of blogging. Ever hate it when life gets in the way and you just don't have enough time in the day to do all the things you like to.  So I got a wake up call and it was Ryan!   Ryan spoke to me... in a dream and here I am today.

Since LAST year (2012) which happens to be the last time I blogged, a lot has happened. First, I had the BIG one happen.  Yep, while I was *thinking* what I was going to use for a computer back up program/system, my hard drive decides on Dec. 29. that it will  CRASH!!!!  Talk about 10 years of teaching, 2 masters... Poof! vanish into the cyber nightsky!  It didn't hit me until 2 days later when I went to look for something and I realized.. :(  not there!  So all weekend I was sick to my stomach.  I told me husband I need to get it back and I will pay ANYTHING.  He brought it to a friend, of a friend, of a friend person and 10 days... 10 LOOONNG day later I got back my hard drive with about 90% of my life!  I literally jumped up and down in the techie guys computer bunker! So now I have to go through all the documents and delete what I do not want.  That will take me about 4 years!

 

How did I forget!!! Like my new look. Megan at A Bird in Hand did it for me over the Winter vacation. I drove her crazy and I am sure she is glad that my new design is done.

On to another note, apparently I have so much time and love to give I rescued yet another dog! Yep that makes my total now 2. When I broke the news to my parents they asked me if I had any intention of possibly rescuing a child, so they can grandchildren.  I ignored them and showed them this little sweet face.  He was going to be put down in a shelter down South.  But now he is living like a King.  Here he is, sweet little Pico.

 

Pico wasn't use to us and wasn't to thrilled with New Year's celebrating so here he is... not celebrating.
