Currently....

Saturday, June 1, 2013
Wow, how exciting, I made it to June!  Now I am linking up with Farley and a lot of her closest friends with this months Currently.

Listening: To the ceiling fan, because my husband decided to clean out the A/C vents today and something ended up broken!

Loving: JUNE!!!  and the end is near.
Thinking: That I had a lot of time to get my end of year gifts.... but I don't!  So I need to get them done and wrapped!

Wanting: An entire crew of fairies to clean, box-up and store all my classroom supplies.  Any ideas where I can find such fairies?

Needing:  Yep, so my brother-in-law graduated from dental school and I need to get him a gift.  No idea what to buy.  Maybe I can whip him up some chevron or polka dot curtains for his office,  or maybe a cute chevron binder cover!!

3 Vacay Essentials: IPad for movies, books and internet, flip flops... just because and chap stick! Nothing worse than chapped lips.  Happy Summer

Just a reminder that Monday June 3 is the Last day to purchase your Teachers Care for Oklahoma bundles.   This fundraiser has raised a total of 5 figures so far.  Thank you to all that have purchased their bundle already.

  1. Found you from Currently. (And I love your blog design btw!!). I had some wonderful fairies help me with my room! They cleaned, organized, put things away, cleaned desks, sorted my library, and then begged me for more! Oh wait...they were my students! :P

  2. If I ever tried to give my brother a chevron themed gift he wouldn't see the humor in it haha. If you do find those fairies please send them my way! I am in need of some serious organizational help!

  4. I found my fairies in my classroom. My kiddos actually helped a little bit that last week. We had so many little spaces of 10, 15, 20 minutes between awards, programs, and special events that last week that instead of trying to cram something in, I gave everyone a quick little job. They love it!

  5. Hey girlie! I hope you found your fairy to help you with your room. If your fairy has a friend, I could use one to help me clean my house! :)

    1. Welcome, thank you for stopping by! My kiddos LOVE the ten frames. They look forward to them every change of season. Believe it or not the winter one is still a big hit! But they have made requests for me to work new ones on over the summer.

Looking forward to following you too.

  8. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your work with the Oklahoma Fundraiser! May Our Heavenly Father Bless all those involved. I am happy to have found your blog.

I'm new to Teachers Pay Teachers so I am wondering... How did you get all those files in one zip that was under their size limit? I've tried and tried but I don't think I am doing it right. harrod.amy@icloud.com

    1. Hello Amy, Thank you for your kind words. That fundraiser was a lot of work and was a huge team effort. Regarding the file size, and the fact that it was a fundraiser and TPT assisted with the upload. They uploaded the bundles for us on their end. Being under that limit was a challenge for us.

If you need help with uploads I would be happy to help you.
